Why we started the
LPTC:
The Leadership Performance Training Center (LPTC) was started because a small group of founders recognized the need for American organizations and companies to improve their performance through better leadership. And that the current leadership training provided for those organization was severely lacking. We know a better way.
Staff:
The LPTC Staff is made up of highly motivate individuals that have wide ranging backgrounds in public safety, the corporate world and the military. All have proven to be effective leaders in their own right. All have done things and accomplished missions that most people only read about. But most importantly are able to effectively transfer their leadership knowledge and experience to others.
Our Beliefs & Values:
Sales are important. However, we won’t make promises we can’t keep. We can not be all things to all people. Every member of the staff will always tell the truth. Even if it hurts!
Something to keep in mind about the cost of attending the LPTC. We don’t charge by the hour. We charge because of our years. Our experience and knowledge that we pass on to you, is worth every penny.
Saying many things usually communicates nothing. We won’t make meetings into a blur of information for you, the client. We will hammer home the following items:
- Our Philosophy: Leadership and teamwork cannot be taught: It must be developed through experience.
- Our Training Strategy:
Our Performance-based training is emotionally, physically, and intellectually challenging at the same time. This translates into the highest personal involvement into the learning process.
We are not selling a new fangled training gimmick. We don’t use a lot of adjectives to sell our service. We are selling our promise. The promise that our clients’ retuning employees will fully understand what it takes to really lead and to be an essential part of a winning team.
We won’t let you get hung up on the training vehicle. We could just as easily use another. We could have the students build a bridge, build a dam or any of a dozen other scenarios to develop leadership and teamwork. Ours fits us to a tee,
and is already proven!
