Q. How physically
challenging is the Corporate Combat Leaders Course (CCLC)?
A. If you can walk the
length of two football fields and back, you’re in great shape for
the LPTC.
Q.
Is this for everyone?
A. Everybody is welcome
to attend the CCLC. Leaders
come in all shapes, sizes, colors, national origins and genders.
We’ll train them all to be the best.
Q.
What level of management should attend?
A. No matter the size of
the company you should start at the top.
It wouldn’t do any good to send only your middle managers,
then have them coming back to implement new leadership principles
that the boss isn’t up to speed on.
Q.
What are the expected outcomes of your training?
A. Improving leadership
is all about improving or creating a higher performance
organization. We can’t
possibly quantify the outcomes with a dollar figure.
We could never say that if you attend the CCLC we guarantee a
20% increase in your profit margin.
We just can’t put a dollar amount on employees that show
initiative, are innovative and enjoy working at your company because
they’re well lead.
Fast
Facts about the Corporate Combat Leaders Course (CCLC)
The CCLC – Basic
is a 4 day (3 nights) training period.
There are 9 major
exercises within the 4 days of training.
Each exercise gets
progressively more difficult in order to build on the lessons
learned.
There are 3 student
leadership positions for every exercise. (the Eagle Team Leader, the
A Team Leader and the B Team Leader)
New student
leadership positions are selected for each exercise.
There is a lessons
learned program after each exercise.
The lessons learned program includes: 1)
a self assessment, 2)
a team After Action Review (AAR) with video tape review of
the exercise and, 3) a
detailed written and oral assessment by the Trainer.
Ideal class size is
15 students.
There are two
highly trained and experienced Trainers with each class.
