Combat Leaders Course
MISSION
To
provide students the opportunity within a proven training vehicle,
while leading and conducting team exercises and operations, to
discover for themselves, how to always apply the fundamental
leadership principles and competencies.
At End State: The
CCLC-B graduate is mentally tough, adaptive and agile,
self-confident, and a motivator of people. They have has
demonstrated mastery of the fundamentals of leadership, team
building, the decision making process, team leading procedures, and
rapid decision making.

To
provide our clients the maximum scheduling flexibility, our
basic course is made up of four modules presented as four -
one day programs. Modules consist of the Basic Core
101, 102, 103 and 104 programs. Each module gets
progressively harder and expands on lessons learned from the
previous module.
Clients
have the option of selecting the basic course as a four
consecutive day program or spreading out the course by
having one day modules over time in order to help in their
scheduling. Clients may also just select a
single or multiple modules based on their own leadership and
teambuilding requirements.
Our
courses are open to individuals or to organizations wishing
to send groups or existing teams. Class sizes can vary
from 7 to 15 students.
